Products may be printed on demand. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout or communicated after ordering. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location and courier.

Because some products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges may not be available. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the request and offer an appropriate resolution under applicable law and our fulfilment partner's rules. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. If payment was deducted but your order status is unclear, contact support with the Razorpay payment ID; please do not place a duplicate order until the payment is checked. Refunds are not automatic simply because a payment attempt failed.

If checkout reports a failure, check your bank or UPI app before retrying. We verify payments with the payment provider before confirming an order. If money was debited but the order is not confirmed, contact support so we can reconcile the transaction.
